Injection Molding
With a diverse collection of computer controlled injection molding machines, M&E is able to affordably produce parts of many sizes. With in-house design, in-house tool fabrication, in-house machine capabilities, in-house finishing and decorating, in-house assembly, and in-house prototyping, combined with our off shore alliances for tool and piece part manufacturing, we are able to fulfill most injection molding needs.

Wire Forming
Our Wire Forming machinery can produce an endless variety of configurations for your application. Our CNC Wire Forming machine takes wire direct from coil and fabricates it into precision parts at high speeds for low costs. This combined with our numerous secondary operation capabilities allows us to achieve your most complex requirements.

Springs
Our CNC Coiling machinery can produce a large variety of sizes for compression and extension springs. We have in-house design and tooling and can coil numerous wire materials. We also offer plating, painting, and powder coating, depending on your need.

Die Cutting
Our Die Cutting department is equipped with multiple sizes of die cutting presses so we can cut a large variety of material to any custom shape and size that you require. Our engineering department can assist in design and cut routered or waterjet samples of many types of parts to create functional parts before the die is ordered.

Large Format Printing
We offer in-house large format digital printing. We can print on a variety of mediums, including paper stock, canvas, transparency, and many others. The printer is equipped with a cutter, which can cut out custom decals of nearly all sizes.

With our waterjet, we are able to produce custom shapes from almost any material. From glass to titanium and plastic stone, the waterjet can cut your most intricate shape from materials with thicknesses varying from below 1/32” to more than a few inches.

Machining & EDM
The machining and EDM department at M & E is ready to take on your special request whether it is plastic or metal. We have the capabilities to get the job done right. Our machining and EDM area is capable of producing very close tolerance finished parts. With a large supply of hardened materials and plastics on hand and the ability to operate 24 hours a day, we can produce anything from a simple taper to high precision dies including complete four axis parts to meet all your needs.
